This dealership has the worst service center. Dropped off my Jeep January 6th 2025. Our Jeep was purchased at this dealership (which I regret ever going there to purchase a vehicle).Our service representative was Roger Martinez. Roger was impossible to get ahold of. My wife and I recently purchased a new jeep from the Hemet Dealership. We had a very professional, courteous and knowledgable Salesman named Robert. The Sales Manager was also extremely helpful and he negotiated a fair deal for all parties. Robert went above and beyond after the deal was completed. He spent over 30 minutes showing us all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I would buy from here and HAVE before...BUT I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from this dealership a couple of days ago. I was shopping for a USED vehicle. My credit is NOT the best, GRANTED...but I'd asked for a truck or SUV UNDER $22K. The salesman assisting me was trying to sell me a used Ram 1500 e-Torque, a $51K truck! OBVIOUSLY I.didnt qualify. THEN after I left, the salesman OR sales Manager DIDN'T ever call me to follow-up or offer OTHER options or vehicles! WOW!!
HEMET Dodge Chrysler Salesman was a friendly vehicle I chose. The price was great, but when it came to trade in, it became ridiculous for my trade in 2006 bentley Continental Flighting Spar. So I just walked away and got a better deal and better offer in another Dodge / Chrysler Dealer. So folks shop around

Would do a negative rating if I could. Their online pricing is a scam. Its used to get you to click then they hit you with a price thats not even close. Price will also change throughout the day. They'll claim it's that the inventory changed but the stock number and car is still there. I can only imagine how bad it would be if you drove there to speak to a salesman. My first time here.. Good service! Kassandra was the employee who helped me. Very patient and nice.. My estimated wait time was 2 hours and they did service on my car less than that.. took them maximum an hour. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! We stop by the dealership to add a nitro air in my 2023 Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica tires. So happens at my boyfriend, started to walk around the lot and spotted this beauty. Seeing that we were on the lookout for Diesel truck preferably with a Cummins motor “to start our small business” we had no doubt that this was no coincidence. Again, the staff was very friendly and worked with us and we drove out the lot on this beauty, thank you, Feras Kahal for such a wonderful experience!

Bought a jeep beginning of June 2024. After the second wash, went to clean the tire sidewalls I removed some paint or what ever they used on the tires to cover up the weather cracks and two spots of rubber missing on the sidewall. I went in on April 28th 2024 and was helped by Jonathan in choosing the vehicle. We commuted from San Diego to purchase from Hemet, due to the price they were offering. Upon getting to the purchasing process, they said the vehicle we had pulled up and called about verifying the ad number was no longer there. We are in California and took your 2023 Wrangler Sahara 4Xe in due to some front end wobble. Even though we had purchased in Arizona we were treated fantastic by Kassandra. With 4500 miles they did the 5000 mile servicing, Fixed the wobble did addition checks and did did a battery update. Told it would take a day and half and delivered on time and even washed it. Very Impressed.
